Katrina is a Personal Trainer, certified through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP), and Holistic Nutritionist with 5+ years' experience in guiding individuals towards their health and fitness goals. Her objective as a coach is to improve her client's quality of life, build confidence, and create the physique of their dreams. She takes a holistic approach to health and fitness that consists of not only exercise, but also nutrition, flexibility, and stress reduction.

We are now pleased to offer Professional Personal Training services in our private gym as part of our mission to help our clients reclaim their health. 

Our lead coach specializes in mobility and functional, pain-free movement to complement our goal of helping you enjoy your day-to-day life without the worry of constant aches and pains. 


Book your one-hour in-depth consultation to discuss your goals, limitations, health conditions, nutrition, and more. This also includes a postural assessment, muscle length and tension testing, and movement screen. 

Based on your assessment your coach will advise you on how often you should be training and how to use exercise and nutrition to meet your goals.
