Alexander graduated with honours from the International Academy of Applied Health in 2022 where he studied Massage Therapy. The International Academy of Applied Health integrates academic theory with hundreds of hours of hands on experience with the public, and since 2007, students have achieved a pass rate average of 96.6% on the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario Registration Exam.

Plyomax was created by Master Coach, Simon Adeseko and Dr. William Staines, professor of neurology and anatomy at the University of Ottawa.
